Solar energy is a renewable energy that is sustainable for our environment. It is a non-polluting source of energy that does not emit any greenhouse gases when producing electricity. In FY2019, a 585.42kWp Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System has been installed at Elsoft’s factory and it is expected to generate up to 811,978kWh of electricity annually which is equivalent to 16,392 trees cleansing the air annually and 549.12tonnes of annual CO2 reduction.
