TAN AH LEK is a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Elsoft. He was appointed as Executive Director on 3 June 2005 and was re-designated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 January 2014.

He started his career as an electrical wiring technician and later started a business providing electrical wiring services. He has many years of experience in electrical wiring projects. He was one of the co-founders of STSB and has been crucial to the success of the Company since then.

He, Tan Cheik Eaik, Tan Ai Jiew and Tan Cheik Kooi are siblings and the major/substantial shareholders and/or Directors of the Company. He has no conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest, including interest in any competing business with the Company and its subsidiaries. He had no convictions for offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences, if any.
